They need to be plugged directly into a USB port, and not into a hub apparently.

The more I use it, the more i begin to think that Zeta is a POS and less compatible than R5, and R5 was released in 1999!

My keyboard is plugged in directly into a port on the mobo. I managed to dig up my Logitech's USB->PS2 thingy so I at least had a mouse. Can't say I am impressed with Zeta's responsiveness, feels sluggish (ATI Radeon 9200, Thunderbird 1100MHz).

It's coz it's running from CD.  It's fast when installed to HDD.

eMule is your friend! ;-)

Why would the GUI feel sluggish when running from CD   :-?.

And I'll be prodding Leander on #a.org about Zeta's lameness, he still often comes there =).

You are more likely to catch him on Pajertalk, but only local people have access. :-D

I've heard "don't bother" over and over again in regards to Zeta. I would like to support Yellowtab, but I think Zeta is basically R5 with all the toppings. (that are free to install yourself).

Honestly though I haven't got around to playing with the live cd.
