A1200 Rides Again
« on: October 31, 2005, 04:33:21 PM »
Hi guys.  Joined up to get hold of some info and 'How to' knowledge to bring my entire A1200 hard disk data over to WinUae on my PC.  Ive tinkered with emulators in the past but now PC power is sufficient to emulate the Amiga sound as well.  Ive even got an Amiga emulator running on my Modded Xbox.  Gravity Force has made a welcome return to my life.

Anyhow so im off to browse about and see what I can find to help me.

Thanks for keeping the scene going.

EW

Welcome to A.Org... And as you've seen from the replies you've got on the other thread, Amiga to PC hard drive transfer is very straightforward...

I just plug in the HD on my PC IDE cable and then you can tell Winuae to add the HD. Only problem is that win98 will modify the HD; I don't have that problem because I run XP.
