Can You identify this tune?
« on: October 08, 2005, 11:33:13 PM »
Hello, I have some old cassette-tapes, with good old
computercomposed music.
And some tapes are getting worn, not the end of the world since I have
everything in its original form, I thought. But This tune I can´t
place, I think it is a superb tune but it is in a bad state now.I
don´t remember where I got it from, I hope someone could tell me wich
game or demo it appeares in. here it is:
http://hem.bredband.net/b503232/amiga
I made it an mp3 about 3MB
I hope the composer don´t mind me putting it up as this, but it is in
bad shape as I said, not really enjoyable.
regards/
Tony

Nope. I don't recognise it, sadly :(

It's a nice track tho. Makes me think of demo's and/or introscreens for a game. Funny.
I love the percussion work. Sounds like it's played live ;)

Doesn't ring a bell to me. You could go to the #amigascne IRC channel and ask there, if the tune comes from a demo there might be someone who can recognise it.

I made it an MP3, by ripping it from an old cassette. That´s why there is no id tag.
Thank´s for all the answers, I hope someone can place it.
This tune is absolutely amongst my top ten favourite computersongs.
