« on: August 29, 2005, 12:30:28 PM »
First I should say that I have never had an problem with Cloanto before.

I Oreded Amiga Forever 2005 Premium Edition on the 14/08. I have tryed to e-mail Cloanto on 21/08 to sales@cloanto.com and on the 25/08 to support@cloanto.com (got auto-reply).  I have also both sales and support on 27/08 about this again (got auto-reply for support address). Still got not got any reply.  I just want to know if they have sent this order out.

We havent had our Amiga Forever 2005s yet so I can only assume that they are not ready.  I wouldn't worry as the product is not yet released.

I also ordered as soon as I saw the pre-order promotion e-mail here on Amiga.org, and just received an email from Colanto stating that there had been a problem with the first run of product, here is the text of the message.

"Please accept my apologies for the delay. We will have to send a
mailing out today or tomorrow because there was a problem with one of
the DVDs, which had to be reprinted. The mail will include two
download links so at least you can choose to download the installer
(or the full CD ISO image), if you would like to. A refund will of
course also be an option, although we have been assured that this
would be solved by next week.

I wish you a great week-end.

Regards,

Michael"

So, I am waiting for this next email message and will wait the additional "just two more weeks" that all Amiga users are used to doing for the product to show up in my mail.
How are you helping the Amiga community? :)
