X-surf II device driver

I'm currently reinstalling one of my A4000 and I took out my X-surf II network card which I had in my A3000 but now I can't find my drivers disk (argh!).
Can only find drivers for plain X-surf on the Individual Computers website and they are only up to '040 CPU's.
Can someone please help me out and mail me the drivers if you have any? pleeeeaaase.....pretty please?

If I'm not mistaken I could choose a '060 optimized driver when I used the install CD

yes, but is then installed the 040 one even because, there isn't a 060 one.
