It's a motherboard there is no American or European or International Version. Unless you are talking about a complete system. Either way, just get a power supply that works on the US power standard.

The only difference will be the keyboard and powersupply.. so you can just get the motherboard from oversea and then buy a standard psu and a keyboard in usa.
