Floppy question
« on: April 03, 2005, 12:08:48 PM »
Is it possible to read and write to 1.44Mb PC formatted disks if i have a AT A1200 with its original HD drive?
Im looking for a software solution, or do i need extra hardware if possible at all?

Hi,

Don't have tested this because i don't have any HD floppy
but i think you should read the floppy directly as WB 3.X includes a software to read PC disks (i think it is Crossdos)

Just look in your devs/dosdrivers you should have PC0 & PC1
witch are entries to use PC disks

If you don't find it just try to mount them.
