We sell AmigaOS 3.1 on six floppy disk and we ship worldwide :-)

Plus if you require the kickstart 3.1 ROM chips, we have those in stock too.

You can also get them from Software Hut at ;

if you want to use a U.S. business. They are good, cheap and very reliable.
