The DCTV card for CDTV was even cooler, too bad they and commodore never came to terms. Also the paint program was great and eventually became an even better one, Brilliance.

I use The DCTV with my A2000 to get a video output. It is my first digitizer, but it grabs stills from the camcorder very well.

Anyone knows how well the DCTV compares to the ProGrab 24 with respect to image quality?
I vaguely recall from the DCTV manual that it required 5 - 6 seconds of still frame to grab an image completely. A bit annoying in my opinion, but I guess it's ok if the result comes out good.

The picture quality from a program is much better, but picture quality from an DCTV is a bit fuzzy. DCTV is a old thing, but in its day, it was a very good thing.
