I came across an SMS message today about
Zulican Virus.IT'S ALL A HOAX!! Dont beleive these people!!! They're sic! Whoever started this was surely did a great job. The news is all over asia now. What will they think of next. :pissed:

I traced the information, but I all points to a blog site from a student referring to an 'Irene' the information came from.

Well, they actually can eat other small fishes or flesh of corpse that was taken away due to the tsunami. Not just that, there are domestic wastes ( {bleep} and rubbish ) that are also being consumed by this sea creatures. According to Irene's research, she found out that there's a biological virus (dun be confused with computer viruses) called Zulican which affected the marine fish in the Indian Ocean. I'm not sure about the souce of the seafood in our local market, but better be safe then sorry.
It's true that such things like Cholera, hepa, typhoid and any outbreak may happen eventually, but a 'Zulican' virus does not exist.
