I know Fellow runs on DOS...but I don't think it'll load OS3.9.

I had OS3.5 running on DosUAE some years ago (had some real probs
witgh WinUAE on the K6/3), and I don't see any reason why 3.9
should be different. Installing the OS may turn out a bit problematic,
but once you got a working HD-file it should run o.k.

Not sure if DosUAE has any means for BDSocket-emu, or AHI
but P96 does work.
1. Make an announcment.
2. Wait a while.
3. Check if it can actually be done.
4. Wait for someone else to do it.
5. Start working on it while giving out hillarious progress-reports.
6. Deny that you have ever announced it
7. Blame someone else

Aw, and I sort of liked it. I thought it was funny in an ironic way. :-)

@lo

Ive found the msdosuae just as good as winuae, in general sound support seem to work better with my soundblaster, maybe its just a variation in my configuration.

Installing OS 3.9 may be a little tricky, but there's no reason why it shouldn't work.

However, unless there's a newer version of DosUAE than the one here, you'll find it's not much use for anything except playing old games.

DosUAE does not have JIT based emulation, so the speed is relatively poor, even on a really meaty PC, and I don't think it has bsdsocket emulation either. P96 does work, but it too is slower as you'd most likely be using it in VESA mode, so the translated gfx calls would not be able to take advantage of any 2D hardware acceleration your card may offer.

So, unless you really are talking about playing old games, using DosUAE just to cut out Windows would be like cutting off your nose to spite your face. Also IIRC v0.7.5 of UAE did not have any AGA support at all, so you won't be able to play any of the AGA games either.
