Holy crap.  Another case of too much money, and no internet search skills.  :-)
Time to move on.  Bye Amiga.org.  :(

Yeah. I mean this thing is available anywhere, for almost half the price. It's still in production. :crazy:

Well, at least it wasn't listed a Amiga uber ultra rare retro collectable. When I saw the location I had to do a double take to see if it was ChristinaCreations or not. Especially at that price.

As for the search skills comment, alot of people out there just don't have the knowledge and skills to effectively use a computer. These are also the same people that can't program the VCR, Microwave, etc.

@nex4060
  You do realize that the quote in your sig basically describes a rave. Oddly, most ravers have probably never played Pac-Man.

WOW :-o If I could sell mine for that I would make a nice profit.

But...I believe those DCE things are out of production though. Might be wrong. But vesalia gave me that impression.

Well I am currently in the process of getting my money back from amigastuff.co.uk for an external scandoubler which never arrived, so I am looking for a replacement as I want the part not the money.  Can anyone recommend a real shop that will sell one of these (now vesalia doesn't have them)?

I was watching that one until I saw it go over $100.   :-(

I've got a pretty big wish list right now and I'm having no luck filling it due to insane eBay sales.

speaking of which...

Anyone knows/can suggest where I can get one? I have been wanting one for a while, but

a) I can't be certain if Vesalia really stocks them (although their website said they do last time I checked)

b) Amigasuperbit may take a century to send it over (based on other ppls comments) - and again I do not know if they stock it or is merely decorating their website

c) Eyetech probably won't have it and their website is so bad it's an insult to the creators of the web - I feel apprehensive about buying off them, especially since they discontinue the amiga classic line

I would really like to know is if someone has bought a SD/FF recently and what experiences have they had?

Thanks for any help in advance.

My favorite vendor is redrumloa, but he doesn't have scan-doublers. Try Software Hut, my second favorite vendor, at http://www.softhut.com.
