Running ADF's

I know ADF games run in the emulators... Is there any software that allows you the store ADF's on your HD and then run it like a disk?

Yes.  You can use FMS device (virtual disk software) and a program like diskwiz to write the ADF files to virtual floppies.  (There might also be a way to mount an ADF directly).

If you're talking about games then check out WHDLoad.  There are HD installs for tons of games.

Time to move on.  Bye Amiga.org.  :(
