AHI MIXER ERROR 800002 OR 20 HELP ???

My ahi program he not open.anything version.
also the mixer program appears program failure 8000002.
any ideas

Do you get a guru with 8000 0002? Isn't that "unknown instruction" or something? Are you sure that you have the AHI-version that matches your CPU?

Its a guru message and he view two choice suspend or reboot.
this problem appears when the voodoo card install and test with picasso96.i have any ahi versions v3 , 4 ,5.my hardaware is a1200t elbox , mediator 1200sx ,ppc 603e+  with 64 mb ram ,
bvision vga card(i disable the drivers) fast ata 1200 ,sb 128 , voodoo3 ,tv card , and ethernet adapter. the software is os 3.9 , muirexx 3.0 , magic wb 2.1 , ahi v5 and picasso96.install drivers several times.on shell startup i disable the mixer option because when is enable  stack the amiga on message mixer error 8000004  suspend or reboot.help me please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
