Amiga OS3.9 question
« on: February 06, 2003, 05:00:14 PM »
Has anybody had a problem with their time settings in OS 3.9? If I set the date and time and reboot the computer the date goes to August 1, 2008. If i have a bad battery wouldn't the time go back to Aug. 1997 ? I'm having a hard time figuring this one out. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

First open a shell and type:  setclock reset

Then reboot your AMIGA and set the time again.

If this doesen't help...
The clock in my A4000 is also dead a long time
I set the time through an ntp server every time i go
online...

I can tell you how..if needed
