@ and anyone else directly involved in the Binder PPC scam

I have opened a new thread on this to avoid the previous quagmire.

I have now had a response from the Police in Albstadt. One of the questions they ask is whether anyone has received their goods or their money back since I sent the letter (detailing everyone's case) on 4 May 2004?

I'm pretty sure the answer is 'NO' to each, but I need confirmation if possible. Please confirm asap.

Would you also indicate whether you have had any letter or email from Binder since 4 May 2004?

The Police may want a copy of any letter or email he has sent you (from the start), so I hope you have kept good records!

I'll respond to their questions as far as I'm able and get back with more info as appropriate.

I'll ask them if each person should now make direct contact with Albstadt Police by email or fax. If they say yes, I'll post contact details.

As I said before, this ain't over yet.

Cheers,

JaX

I haven't received anything yet. I have all e-mails that we exchanged. The last form of contact from Bernd was the receipt, and that was it.
