WTB or WTT: Amiga Game - Mind Walker boxed copy

I am trying to collect Amiga 1000 hardware and software.  The main piece of software I still need is Mind Walker, by Bill Williams, published by Commodore in 1985/6, in the Amiga styled packaging.  

If anybody has this game, please PM me, as I can pay US$20 for it, or trade for something from my fairly large collection of Amiga stuff.

I'm also looking for Amiga 1000 expansion hardware - such as:
Rejuvenator by Expert systems
Phoenix motherboard replacement
QuickStart II
Hurricaine '020 by Ronin research

I can pay cash for these, or work out a trade.  I have several Amiga 500 systems with various upgrades, an Amiga 1200, several Atari, Adam, Aquarius, Commodore 8-bit computers, SX-64, Atari ST, CP/M, old and new consoles, unique Xbox gear, etc... any of which I'd trade for the hardware above.  
I have lots of unboxed original software - some very rare (MicroIllusions Turbo for example)

I have the Mindwalker Disk but not the packaging.

Amiga 1000 Expansion Peripherals for sale:
Comspec AX1000 2 Meg Side Expansion Card
Comspec SA1000 SCSI Side Expansion card
Rejuvinator Board with 1 Meg Fat Agnus Chip and fited Kickstart 3.1 ROM.

I don't think I have the Documentation for thr Rejuvinator board though.
The Comspec SCSI Card requires an external SCSI Box and SCSI Cable, I have both but shipping would be very expensive.
