os4 mousepointer looks trashed

Hey:)

Can anyone help me her.
the mouse pointer in os4 is trashed??
even if i try to resave
tried to reinstall os4 without luck

someone told me it is software problem,
but a friend of mine has os4 and his
mousepointer is fine.

any tips?????
