Legal Amiga Software
« on: February 05, 2012, 05:17:03 PM »
Hi all!

Is this site legal --> http://www.server2-amiga-island.de/html/amiga-games_a.html  According to this site: http://www.tweakguides.com/Amiga_5.html , amiga-island is legal.

If that site is not legal, is there any other good LEGAL Amiga sites than Back2Roots?

Thanks -Eemil
Just some beginner stuff: 2 Amiga 500s, external FD, 512kb expansion mem, RGB Scart, some random joysticks , Amiga mouse (Tank model) and some floppies... And a dead Commodore 64C with Datassette cassette drive and RGB->composite wire. And some tapes, self made with computer and normal recordable cassette deck :)

Okay, okay it's illegal..:( It was just a dream that such a good site would be legal

Then, is Great Giana Sisters, Bubble Bobble or Xenon 2 Megablast downloadable legally??? One more is The Turrican series, but I think that those are not downloadable legally.:(

Thanks -Eemil

Thanks from the links Matt_H!

Strange that Bubble Bobble cannot be downloaded legally, but Arkanoid from Taito can! Also I thought that Lemmings was made by Team 17, but I can't found the download link from dream 17.

Keep these links going :)

@SilverZguru

I will definitely put that site in my do not go there bookmarks and will never use it to download software missing from collection... ;)

And thanks from the links lionstorm!
IT'S TOO SAD THAT XENON 2 IS NOT FREEEE!!!!! WHYY!!!!:furious:
Xenon 3 is legally free, but what's wrong Bitmap Brothers??? That's good that Lotus 2 is free, but still I need to get Xenon 2, Giana sisters and Bubble Bobble to my collection... (And maybe Turrican 2 and 3, because of good music :hammer: ). And nobody doesn't sell those games in my country! :(

was Giana sisters actually sold legally to begin with? I thought due to the nintendo legal hassle, it was pulled?

You're maybe right. Nintendo made Giana Sister's illegal, but I think it was commercial software. I am not sure, but anyways, could it be legal to download Giana Sisters from illegal site? There is Wikipedia thread about it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Great_Giana_Sisters

Thanks -Eemil
