Which accellerator card do you have in your Amiga 1200?
There are some isues with the Phase 5 Blizzard 1260 card with resetting.

I tested my onw Blizzard 1260 from DCE and it hasn't had the problem you have. My A1200 revision is 1D1.

IDEfix express could cause problem with the Indivision. Some years ago I had to fix an A1200 in Tower with Zorro 3 board, Blizzard 1260 and a 4xIDE interface. There were very much problem with it to get it running. I tested this setup without that IDE interface and it always worked very well. I also have this interface, but couldn't get it work in some A1200's. That's the reason I use SCSI controllers.
