My Blizzard 1230 IV sometimes give the some problems like not booting up. Strip your Amiga 1200 to standard. Then built it up one by one. First HD, then your Blizzard card etc. If the problems still occur, try to lower the maxtransfer to 0x1fe00 with HDtoolbox.
