yep whatever supply outputs +5 +12, -12 regardless of input voltage will work on a silly PAL unit.

most NTSC 1084s' can run in PAL in RGB mode anyway (slight adjustment to H-hold), so unless you are using composite video, you'll be fine.

That isn't true abt more pal software than NTSC software. Perhaps there are more pal diskbased games, but nowhere near the amount of sheer software in pal format. Not at all.
