When I say palmtop, I mean w/ keyboard. Like the Psion 5, for example.
Basically, all I want it for is for writing. So anything with a keyboard that I can create text documents on would be sufficient.
The other factors I suppose I would be look at, is that it would ideally have long battery life, and it would be easy to store files and transfer them.
My housemate has a Psion 5MX, which is quite cool, but I don't necessarily need anything even that 'advanced'. The only other type of machine like this I have used is an HP Jornada something or other (I used one when working for a surveyors back in the late 90s, cost about £700 back then)
