Against its policy it may be, and perhaps quite rightly so. But as anyone who sells on eBay will know, the PayPal charges can be quite high for cheaper items, especially when combined with listing fees etc.
Nevermind, I shan't be offering my buyers the opportunity to use PayPal from now on. I think eBay and PayPal are shooting themselves in the foot. Silly {bleep}s.
Since eBay acquired PayPal, can't they do anything about the fees? Oh no, I forgot, they're money-grabbing {bleep}s.
