Check out the "Warp" Datatypes (Aminet). They're shareware now, but they are probably the best add-on for a PPC/OS3 setup.

The Kernel aswell as ramdisk images for testing Linux-APUS and installing various distros can be found at the
official Linux-APUS site.
You might also want to check out the
Image Installer, a commercial product which supports Pegasos and ClassicPPC.
Note that Linux-APUS does not support the Mediator (IIRC).
And what about MorphOS for the Classic PPC ? I remember to see a beta version, MorphOS0.4 i guess, but couldn't find it anywhere in the web . . .
It's no longer available for download. 0.4 was more of a proof of concept, it was not really useful for endusers anyway.
