No, it doesn't. The difference between unregistered and registered MUI is that the latter can actually
save your changes, while the former can only
use them (i.e. they're lost when you reboot). Saving them can easily be accomplished manually by copying a file from ENV: to ENVARC: though...
Why don't you post a few screenshots so people can see what you're looking at?
+1. And we need to know the MUI and OS versions, plus the screen mode used (if the screenshots don't show the whole screen).
