If none of Karlos' hints will make the problem go away, there's one more thing you should check:
Some A1200 motherboards are using a chipset revision that has timing problems. These problems were fixed in later board revisions (by using another chipset revision or by applying a fix to the motherboard), but some boards were distributed with this fault.
The boards usually work fine, but you'll run into problems if you're trying to use them with a 68040 or 68060 based accellerator. If the BlizzardPPC is the first accellerator with a 68040 or better CPU that you are using with this particular motherboard, you might want to try another motherboard (or check if your motherboard runs fine with another 68040/60 accellerator).
My original motherboard suffered from the timing problms described above. It worked fine with a Blizzard 1230 and a Zorro2 bus board for years, but when I bought the BlizzardPPC, the computer started to freeze frequently - even if I only powered the motherboard and the BlizzardPPC and let it display the 'insert disk' screen for a while.
