If you have a *NIX machine punting around, it's probably most convenient/least painful to use
netatalk and export the mounts via samba. (It's been a while, I haven't confirmed that this is possible but believe it should be.)
In fact, if you have an OS X machine punting around, there's probably an even easier native way to mount the legacy machines.
