i only put new 68k libs:

but, i try to remove it for tests, and reboot (but no cold reboot) and whichamiga anyway said that i have fpu.

As i know, for 060, fpu already in cpu module. So, i think if you will damage it, you will damage all cpu .. but, it still works.. Maybe you overhot on desolder/solder stage the cpu ? or maybe some bugs by soldering iron under cpu ? if you have socket, can you try other 68k ?
btw whay bppc do you have, and where you get 68k cpu ?
