ppc 603 speedup

hi. i just interesting, how high i can speedup ppc 603x240
and it anyway  work ? 280 ? 300 ? more ?
who do it speedup on ppc, maybe can answer to me ?

hi agayn.

now , i overclocking my ppc. and my cpu now work in
266 mhz (don't need any coolers for good work). so,
big thnx for url, and i have some quastion more:


1. what differend 603 P, 603 E , 603e + ? (i have 603p).
  and how different 603e 200, and 603e 240 (only mhz ?)

2. i have old blizz 68060 acceselator. and now i have
    my blizz 603p 266 + 040x25. So,  maybe i can just
    unsoldering my 040, and put on him place old 060
    from blizz68060 acceselator ? I think this realy can
    be ?

p.s. some time later i try overclocking oscill on 70mhz    
  + speedup resistor to 300-400 mhz + cooler. maybe  
   this a work
