It was just too high for me to take part in the bidding:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Commodore-Amiga-1000-Factory-Sealed-NOS-/310640574635

the guy must be screaming happy! He started as $1 and he thought in his mind he will only sell it for 100 bucks, never it crossed his mine it would go for 9k.

HOLY CRAP, we should organize and rob this guy, hold him up with a gun, carrot, something!

Nah! It is his money! It is destined for him to have it. I have my toys anyways:

xBox 360
PC
PS 2
and Amiga 1200

What else does a man really need :D:D?

If anyone's up for a better deal on a 1000, this one's been on my local craigslist for the past few months.  Seller periodically lowers the sale price, $210 now doesn't seem too unreasonable - not that I have time for another project though, LOL!  ;)

Dude, it is too expensive $210...in eBay you can get it for much cheaper * runs super fast and hides underneath a table *.......But seriously you can get it much cheaper in eBay.
