Why shouldnt we discuss the pros and cons of the object for sale? I'd say its all quite on-topic.
Here is why I love classic Amiga, especially A1200. It is a blank toy that can be molded to suit certain community configuration and based on that configuration you get to use certain combination of software library or not.
For example there is the A1200 Apollo 32 MB desktop community, that can enjoy the 68k sweetly in a desktop case but limited to 32 MB of RAM...pretty fast but certain software library even on a 68k cannot run due to the 32 Mb of RAM limitation.
Then there is the A1200 Apollo 64 MB Tower community, who can enjoy the Apollo even more with much larger software library and have fun in AGA mode.
Then you have Blizzard 1260 128 Tower with AGA a little slower in CPU but even larger quantity of RAM but possible RTG upgrades and so on and so on
So you guys can see where I am coming from right? A very versatile configurable toy where you can join a certain community of the same configuration you have. Amiga classic is truly
IS my favorite toy!
