Today I received an email from KDH.
They were sold out at the time, and have not
received the two emails I sent.
They come with a percect apology
as quoted below:
So what shall we do. We can refund your money via PayPal and send you a sticker of your choice ( pls see our shop) free of charge. How does this sound

I replies that from being most unhappy with KDH
I am now most satisfied with them for clearing
up this mess in such a gentle way...
