Mr Beanbag will follow shortly

Sorry for the delay.  Development on Mr Beanbag has been slow to non-existent lately, partly because of having jobs, partly a lack of motivation.  But I shouldn't keep making excuses.

The almost-complete Mr Beanbag will be available for free download from the Glastonbridge website AS IS, as soon as I implement a save game feature.  I'm announcing this now to make me do it.

The release will be Beanbag Beta.  Feedback will be appreciated.  Just don't ask me to animate the main character!  The final version will probably be available by the time anybody manages to play half way through.

Oh ok, well I used to be a member here ("Tricky") a few years ago but I lost my password and my e-mail address has changed so I just got a new account.

I've been programming on the Amiga since the stone age.  My Dad got an A500 shortly after they were introduced, Amiga Basic was a sorry disappointment but when AMOS came out I jumped right in and I've never looked back.  Eventually got into ASM and I always felt that the Amiga never really got the quality of games it deserved, compared to the similarly-specced Megadrive for instance.  So I thought I'd put that right, but now it's a bit overdue!

@Rebel-CD32

I was considering making it charityware but if anyone wants me to be the charity then they can be my guest.

There are no real technical barriers to finishing it, it's more a case of putting the hours in.  Mostly all it needs now is a bit of tidying up and the possibility of actually defeating the final boss!  Plus the comic book intro sequence, which was always planned but is pretty low priority to be honest, but if anyone wants to volunteer for that then there's still an opening for an artist.
