Yes, and with Radeon one could assume even better performance and graphics ram.

With an Elbox Mediator PCI busboard or Prometheus PCI busboard.

A PCI Radeon graphics card, as publically mentioned by Hyperion at Amiwest, is planned to be supported for OS 4.1 classic machines.

Currently the best graphics card for OS 4.0 classic would be the Voodoo series, the 3, or 4, which max out at 32MB video ram.   A Radeon would allow upto 128MB of graphics memory and faster internal operations vs. the Voodoo cards on the classic machines running OS 4.1.
