Try:
c:blizkick devs:kick39.rom CPUCARD QUIET
where kick39.rom is your rom file
I had to do that with my A3640 card and also make sure the maprom jumper on the card itself was set to enable.
I added this line right before Setpatch
So:
c:blizkick devs:kick39.rom CPUCARD QUIET
SetPatch NOROMUPDATE QUIET
Works for me
Now I have the latest modules installed!
next for me is to find out how to burn some eproms
