Yes it's true, as the other poster has pointed out. But these "rev D" A4000's are extremely difficult to find. I don't actually know how many were produced. I haven't ever recalled seeing one for sale second hand. I think people who have them either don't know because they've never opened the case (not really likely) or they are hanging on to them as collectors items.
Does anyone know how many rev D A4000-CR boards were produced? I think they were only sold as A4000/030 models - as the 030 is also on the motherboard on this revision. But I could be wrong.
