So is Helgis or whoever is King Red Troll these  days going to push for Timberwolf to be opensourced with the same gusto that Grandma has campaigned for this?

Probably not, but it would be nice and it would be a sign of good faith from the OS4 community.

I hope that the OS developer team will focus harder on the core issues with OS4, accelerating that aspect. With Fabs funding is place, I think Ssolie shouldnt feel pushed to
focus on Timberwolf. Kas1e and Fab seems to have that covered for the time being.

SSolie should release the source to TW then anyone who wants to work on it can.

Well, technically Firefox IS open source (which is why Timberwolf does not carry that name).

It's a morality versus legality issue really.

So you don't think there is a moral obligation for people who modify opensource code to release their changes?

Forget whether it's legal, that is not in doubt.
