Well their original mantra was that they could only release OS4 for official AmigaONE branded hardware thus preventing Moana from bring officially available.
Then they released it for SAM boards and the Pegasos II after the court case so there is no rational reason for Hyperion not to release a Mac version.
If that cost ACube and A-EON business then they should adapt or die. That's what capitalism is about, competition and I'm sure Hyperion would make more money due to enlarging their market.
