Personally, I'd really like to see Haiku or MorphOS running on this. That would make my day! 
A stable AROS port with Odamex and ScummVM would certainly keep me happy too! Then if ARM ever gets JIT, we can all celebrate and enjoy UAE with DOSbox. Oh to dream.
UAE4Droid on Android has a 68k JIT core for ARM I think.
