Amibay issues

I just tried to sign up for amibay.com

I completed the first form and received an registration email, clicked the link in the mail and then completed the second form to which I received the message:

Registration denied, this forum runs an active policy of not allowing  spammers.  Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page link if you  believe this is in error

So I click "Contact us" and get told:

You must first accept the Forum Rules to be able to send e-mails!

What a complete joke of a site!

If it takes more than a couple of clicks and a  registration form to join a forum it's not worth joining.  I'll stick to selling on ebay!

One item, what does it mean "paypay gift or pay fee"

Paypal charges fees to receive money.

When buying something outside of ebay most sellers request that the buyer pays the fee by selecting the "Gift" option on the paypal "send payment" page.
