It was replaced by OWB, which is much more mature browser.
That part of the web page is from MorphOS 2.0 era. I'll talk about updating it, but doing that would require ton of changes and I don't think anyone would feel particularly energetic about that right now :-)
I don't mind updating it for you if you want, I'm off work atm and bored out of my mind!
