FText requires FBlit 3+ to work, you might be thinking of Systempatch as it has similar features.

SuperPlus is still under development.
IndivisionECS will support it with next coreupdate.
At the moment I am working on the final dualscreenmode.
I am sorry, but I lost some time with the automatic monitorswitch project.
SuperPlus will be finished before I start anything new ...

You could replace SmartWB with SmartWIN or perhaps a newer one CleverWIN.
IconBeFast is kinda "obsolete" with the new icon.library from http://lilliput.amiga-projects.net/bbag4.htm but it requires OS 3.9.
