I've been away from the Amiga world for quite some years.
Now I come back and see that Compact Flash cards can be fit in the A1200 by means of an IDE adapter.
Are they worthy substitute for an hard disk?
Or are they just fine for storing games?
I'm asking this because I've always heard how CF cards are good for storing and being read from time to time, but tend to fail if continuously accessed.
What I'd be going to do is to use a CF card as an hard disk in every sense, and have Workbench and every other (non game) software installed and used.
