A3630 vs A3640 change or not?

hello if it makes sense to exchange the CPU A3630 to A3640 or speed change for the better?

Hi Matt3k A3640 no free , price is 65euro good price ? or not? this is v3.0 rev. and old aluminium elektrolytic capacitors i muss be replacement new capacitors
mein A3630 is new capacitors tantalum

or wait and look for WARPENGINE 3040 will be better
