Yup... Dr Who has gone really downhill since it made it's comeback, anyone see the one a couple of years ago where wheelie bins were eating folk...
As if... wheelie bins are perfectly harmless as long as you keep em chained down and feed them rubbish once a day, or better still hide inside them and jump out when an old pensioner passes by...
Word of warning though, watch out for that woman who puts cats in the bins co they don't half scratch yer napper when they land on you...
