Personally I'd go with AllegroCDFilesystem Ver 3.5 placed in the L: drawer as it outperforms all of the others by quite a bit in some cases...
Only trouble is you need to purchase a FastATA MKIII or a 4xEDIE interface to get it as it has built in code that checks for the hardware being available on your miggie...
But having said that if you do own AllegroCDFilesystem then it can be easily hacked to remove the "checking code" which is right at the beginning of the software and allows you to use it with other makes of buffered interface boards...
