I zapped myself good with 110V poking around inside a dead 3000T power supply while it was plugged in.  Live heatsink indeed!

No fires though, just nearly bit my tongue off.

Ya big softie ye, we zap ourselves with 240 volts over here, twice the fun...

I cant recall which magazine it was, one of the bigger publications back in the day (either CU Amiga, AF, or ACAR I beleive), but I recall an article about someones house burning down, melting someones a1200, but it still worked Anyone else see this ?
