Hang on a minute while I don my fireproof gear.... :nervous:

Dare I say it, just in case It may cause offense or upset someone but I voted Classic Amiga OS for the simple reason being that I have thousands of pieces of Classic software, less than 100 PowerPC Amiga OS software, around 10 bits of Morphs OS stuff, absolutely zilch Aros software and UAE well I guess you could use most Classic stuff on that but I've never tried it... :)

(Retreating now to the safety of my nuclear bunker, fully stocked with a lifetimes supply of Vindaloo & some air fresheners... :biglaugh:)

To me the Amiga was/is simply the Amiga, it's wasn't till I ventured into the big bad world of the internet earlier this year that I realised that the community had divided itself into different factions. First I noticed it was on Amigaworld.net where they deliberately split their site into this Classic & non Classic sections.

Having said that almost everywhere you look on the net the Amiga seems to have been split in this way to one degree or another, so I simply lumped myself in with the Classic Amiga crowd as I don't really use any of the other choices/options that it seems you have to choose between on the net.

Reckon myself it's all a bit of nonsense really, but it's seems thats the way it is and folk must like it that way if it's so widespread in the world of the internet... :)
