The only time you can buy a 'legal' copy of Workbench these days, as far as I know, is if you purchase Amiga Forever from Cloanto. Reckon they might be the only ones to object (but I very much doubt they would bother...)
Myself, I say go ahead you'd have to be very unlucky to find anyone who would object...
